Use of the Platform
- Permitted Use: Create, manage, and share 508-compliant eLearning content, including SCORM exports and collaborative course development.
- Prohibited Use: Do not engage in illegal activities, unauthorized access, or content that violates our policies (e.g., harmful or offensive material).
Account Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at info@cloudlcms.com.
- Log out after each session to secure your account.
Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of uploaded content (e.g., courses, assets) but grant CloudLCMS a license to host, display, and process it.
- Our Content: CloudLCMS templates, themes, and tools are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.
Third-Party Services
CloudLCMS integrates with third-party services (e.g., LMS platforms, analytics tools). Your use of these services is governed by their terms, not ours. Review their policies before use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, with notice provided as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
