CloudLCMS developers have multiple dashboard options one of which is your personal dashboard that contains all of the courses that you have developed and only can see the courses that are on your dashboard that have not been shared
Shared Dashboards
The CloudLCMS has a shared dashboard that shows all of the courses that have been shared with you directly where you have full edit capabilities and shared with the Shared All options that gives all developers in the system view capabilities only.
Multi-Tenancy
CloudLCMS Multi-Tenancy allows your organization to have developers structured in different groups or different departments. Allowing for development work and assets to be contained in their own tenant. Developers can be in multiple tenants and each tenant has its own settings and administrators.
Version Control
CloudLCMS courses can be backed up, allowing a developer to save an original copy to create a new revision of the training. While have the ability to create a course from the saved backup if necessary for future requirements.
