The Share All option in the CloudLCMS allows a developer to share their trainings out to all developers in the system with the ability to only View and Copy a training. They do not have the ability to make any edits
Share With
The Share With option in the CloudLCMS allows a developer to share their training with a specific account(s). This allows the developers to work together, creating material, adding assets and even deleting material from a training.
Preview Links
CloudLCMS Preview links allow you to share your development with SMEs, management, coworkers or stakeholders. Allowing them to see the training from a learners view to preview and provide feedback.
